Fried Steak with Balsamic Vinegar Glaze
This steak recipe is so simple and yet so delicious.
- 2 beef sirloin steaks
- 2 tablespoons SG Gourmet olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons SG Gourmet balsamic vinegar
Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Add in steaks and fry 10 minutes on each side.
Add in chopped onions and then the balsamic glaze. Sizzle for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with jacket potatoes and a green salad
