Returns/Refund Policy

Because we can’t control what happens to food products, returns will not be accepted on any food products we offer and refunds will not be granted.  “All sales are final” with a few exceptions.  If the product ordered/received does not match our website’s image or description, returns/refunds may be accepted/granted when products are returned to us and passes our inspection process.  Customer must pay for shipping and handling when returning items.  A refund/exchange may be issued if product ordered is defective or damaged upon arrival and once item is returned to us and have gone through our inspection process. If product ordered is damaged by the customer, a refund will not be granted.  

Since dimensions and product sizes are under product descriptions, we will not grant refunds due to a change of mind or if item does not fit. Please be sure you know what you are ordering before placing an order.  All returned items must be in the original packaging and in the same condition when received.  A proof of purchase is required when returning items.  Items may be eligible for refunds if products ordered are not received or if it takes more than 50 days to receive the item.

Refunds may be issued for orders that are late or not received.  Late delivery is defined as 50 days after an order has been shipped.  Orders usually ship within 1-2 days after approved payment.  A refund may be issued if orders are cancelled before items get shipped.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please do not return your purchases back to the manufacturer.
